What is SWEETWORXX?
SWEETWORXX offers a seamless service for car repair, maintenance and diagnostics including car pickup and dropoff. Through our mobile app, you can place orders and get quotes for various services that your car needs. You can also request a tow if your car breaks down. A professional driver will meet you at a preferred location and time and then take your car to one of our approved auto repair shop partners. While your car is in the shop, you can follow up on the service progress using our app. After repairs are complete, we will bring your car back to you and bill your credit card for any approved services. For your peace of mind, all of our services are covered by a 24 month/24,000 miles limited warranty.
Why should I use SWEETWORXX?
Convenience: We know that your time is precious, and spending valuable time at a repair shop can disrupt your day. Use the app to place orders for car repair and relax while a professional driver takes your car to and from an approved shop. We’ll do the research: Rely on our experience and expertise for selecting the right shop for you and making sure your car gets the best quality service at a competitive price. You stay in control: SWEETWORXX allows you to track the status of your car, and allows us to contact you for approval of any additional repairs and cost.
How does SWEETWORXX work?
Get an initial quote through our mobile app by providing your car data (year, make, and model) and selecting the service(s) you are interested in. Put your desired service(s) in your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. Schedule appointments for car pickup and dropoff by indicating your preferred location(s) and selecting convenient dates and times. Your car will be picked up by a professional driver at your chosen location and time. The driver will take your car to one of our approved auto repair shop partners in the area who will perform the services you selected, while you make better use of your time. If the repair shop discovers any additional repairs required, we will get back to you with details and ask for your approval. It’s your car, you’ll always be in control. No work will be done without your approval. After completion of the service, a driver will bring your car back to the chosen location at the time specified. We will bill your credit card for approved services only after the work is completed and will forward your service report and receipt for your reference to the e-mail address you provided.
Which areas does SWEETWORXX serve?
SWEETWORXX currently serves select locations in Southern California with our service area growing every day. However, you don’t have to live in these areas to use our service! All that counts is that both the pickup and dropoff location fall within these areas. Not sure if we are in your area, check the app or our map on the homepage for current coverage.
What are your hours?
Our customer service is open 7 days a week from 9am to 6pm PST. Pickup and dropoff appointments by our professional drivers are available based on repair shop and driver availability. Available times will be displayed when you make your appointment in the app.
How can I get a price?
You can see prices in the service catalog on the website and in the app by providing your car data (year, make, and model) and selecting the service(s) you are interested in. We provide you with a competitive price for the selected service right away including parts and labor as well as pickup and dropoff of your car. For ordering a service, download the app and place your order right there. Is there a fee for pickup and dropoff?
There is no extra fee for pickup and dropoff of your car. This service is already included in the price shown in the app in addition to labor and parts, so what you see is what you get! Our quality services are competitively priced and we use only quality parts and skilled mechanics.
Is there a fee for diagnosing my car?
Yes. We charge a fee, which covers the inspection and diagnostic time spent by the mechanic as well as pickup and dropoff of your car. After performing the diagnosis, we will get back to you with a service recommendation and quote and ask for your approval before any work is done. If you agree to move forward with the work, the inspection fee will be credited towards any repairs.
How can I book a service?
As soon as you have added at least one service to the shopping cart in our app, you can proceed to checkout. There you can schedule appointments for pickup and dropoff. You will also see a comprehensive preview of your order before booking. For further details, see "How does SWEETWORXX work?"
How soon can I get an appointment?
Appointments depend on the time of day that you make the request and the availability of our auto repair shop partners and drivers. You will see the list of available times for pickup and dropoff in our app after selecting your service.
I don’t know what’s wrong with my car, what can I do?
If you don’t know what is wrong with your car you can book a diagnostic service with SWEETWORXX. A professional driver will take your car to one of our approved auto repair shop partners, which will inspect your car and perform a diagnosis. After performing the diagnosis, we will get back to you with preliminary service recommendations and a quote based on the inspection performed by the repair shop. We’ll ask for your approval before we proceed with any repairs.
I cannot find the service my car needs, how can I order it?

Why is a credit card required to book a service?
Your credit card will only be billed for approved services after the work has been completed and your car has been returned to you. However, in order to book your appointment and confirm your booking we will need a valid credit card.
Can I choose a repair shop?
You don’t need to take the time to deal with the hassle of selecting a repair shop. SWEETWORXX does everything for you. We are a full service provider for car repair, maintenance and diagnostics. We handle everything so you don’t have to and we’ll work diligently to select the right repair shop for what your car needs based on expertise and availability.
Can I choose the driver?
In order to keep the drive time as short as possible, we will always assign a driver closest to your pickup/dropoff location. You will not be able to select the driver for pickup or dropoff, however you will always recognize them by their blue uniform and badge.
How can I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel your appointment without charge at any time more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup of your car. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will charge your credit card a $25 cancellation fee. You can cancel your booking by calling Customer Service at 844-793-3896.
How do you select drivers?
All of our drivers go through a detailed screening before they are hired to work with SWEETWORXX, including motor vehicle record examination and a background check. In addition, we have mandatory training sessions before a driver is able to perform any pickups and dropoffs.
Where should I meet the driver?
You will meet your driver at the location that you selected during booking. Upon arrival, the driver will give you a call. If you have any issues meeting your driver, call Customer Service for assistance at 844-793-3896. You can always recognize drivers by their blue uniform and badge.
What if the driver is late?
Please allow the professional drivers a few extra minutes to arrive for the pickup or dropoff of your car. Traffic delays or a prior task, e.g. picking-up your rental car, may take longer than expected. If this is the case, the driver will call you to let you know. If you haven’t heard from the driver by your scheduled pickup/dropoff time, please call Customer Service at 844-793-3896.
Can I bring my car to the shop myself?
SWEETWORXX is a full service provider for car repair, maintenance and diagnostics including pickup and dropoff. We do everything for you. We are proud to offer the convenience of a professional driver to pick up your car and bring it back to you after service completion.
How does SWEETWORXX select auto repair shops?
Our auto repair shop partners belong to a network of approved independent shops, which are scouted by our experts or that apply to join our network via our website. Before repair shops can work with SWEETWORXX, they go through a detailed screening process and mandatory training. Once approved, jobs can be booked for the shop through SWEETWORXX. Your service agreement is thus with us and not the individual repair shop. SWEETWORXX takes the hassle out of the entire process!
What happens if the repair shop finds additional repairs?
You are always in control of what is done. If our repair shop partners discover that additional repair services are required for your car, Customer Service will contact you with details, give you a quote and ask for your approval. You can always accept or decline additional services.
Can I get my replaced parts back?
We will put any parts that you want back in the trunk of your car. If you would like parts back, please let us know in the comments section on the "Order Preview" page just before completing your booking. Some parts may be needed for remanufacturing (for several services you can choose between new and remanufactured parts), which would require that you leave us the old part for the remanufactured one.
How do I pay?
Booking a service through our app requires a credit card in order to verify that your booking is legitimate. However, your credit card will be billed for approved services only after service has been completed and your car has been returned. After billing your credit card we will forward your service report and receipt for your reference to the email address you provided.
How can I change the credit card to be charged?
If you haven’t completed your booking yet, changing your credit card is very easy. Just go to Settings in the app and select the credit card you want to be charged. If you have already submitted your booking and want to change your credit card, you will need to cancel your booking, change your credit card and place your booking again.

What is the warranty on labor and parts?
As a sign of our trust in the service and parts provided by our approved repair shop partners, we offer you a 24 month/24,000 miles (whichever comes first) limited warranty on all services booked through SWEETWORXX. This warranty is measured from the date of your service and the odometer read on the respective invoice. You can find our warranty details in our Terms & Conditions in our app and on our website.
How can I file a claim under this warranty?
